PROGRAMME TITLE :

Teambuilding



TARGET GROUP :

All level of employees, particularly beneficial for those working with others, in project or continuous improvement teams and task forces. Homogeneous functional teams will greatly benefit from working together and carry the learning back as an intact team. People managers will greatly benefit from understanding the team dynamics in managing their own teams.



TRAINING OBJECTIVES :

With the knowledge and skills acquired by the end of the Teambuilding training programme, the participants will be able to:
  1. Experience and apply the 4 + 1 stages of team development to improve team spirit / esprit de corps among them.
  2. Through Dynamic Resource Training & Consultancy, the participants will experience the higher stage of team performance called “Self-Limit Breakthrough”.
  3. Enhance their determination and inspiration to be dedicated and loyal to their team and the organisation by providing the right tools and formula of a winning team.
  4. Revitalize their physical (energy), mental (attitude) and spiritual (values) well being to adapt to changes and perform well as a team member.
  5. Understanding their own social and communicative behaviour and others as well as how to interact effectively with different people / social behaviours for both internal and external customers.


TRAINING PROGRAMME OUTLINE

DAY 1

Module 1 : Team Forming – Activity 1

  • Understand the need of planning, coordination and communication in teambuilding.
  • Tangible efforts by each member are required to work as a team.

Module 3 : Team Storming  – Activity 1

  • Coordination is the key to achieve common goal.
  • Dealing with internal and external customers.
  • The importance of Service Quality in achieving mutual satisfaction between supplier and customer.

  • Fitting the right person to the right task.

Module 5 : Team Norming – Activity 1
  • Identify the danger of “Comfort Zone” in a team or in an organization.
  • Dealing with and appreciate diversities and differences in a team
  • Appropriate allocation and utilization of limited resources & human capital
  • Identification of team resources and competencies

DAY 1 – Night Activities (Optional) 

Teambuilding Management Project - Level 1

Description:
This activity simulates a manufacturing scenario with a test on leadership and managerial skills.

Teambuilding Management Project - Level 2

Description :
Application of key learning from Day 1 into a simulated Production/Manufacturing scenario.

Module 8 : Team Performing – Activity 1
  • Team efficiency based on planning, communication, delegation, strategy and execution.

Module 9 : Team Performing – Activity 2

Module 12 : Reflection and Commitments
  • Wrap-up to summarize key learning and experiences gained from training.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY :
  • The programme will be conducted in an experiential method and FUN is guaranteed!
  • Debriefing sessions will be carried out after each activity to relate key learning to the organization scenario or actual work place environment.
  • Our facilitators use lively and interactive training methodology, fast-paced and actively involving the participants.
  • All sessions will involve activities designed to reinforce the key learning.
  • This programme can be conducted in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
